c. Cedula or Resident’s Certificate for the CEC Notarization
b. Latest 1 Month Payslip – ✔
c. Certificate of Tax Withheld (BIR Form No. 2316) – ✔
5. Proof of Billing Address – ✔

Just those two things in bold then we’re all set. I just hope that the husband can find time the soonest to process/acquire them both.
