We’ve been meaning to do a sofa upgrade but with the lineup of expenses that we have right now, it’s not just feasible to give it a go. By upgrade, we mean either buying a new one or if we fail to find one that’s within our very minimal budget, we might just have our old one re-upholstered. We’re not that really finicky when it comes to home brands. As long as they’re budget friendly, comfortable to sit on, durable and of course, suits the interiors of LM, we’re good with that. The only problem we have in our local home furniture shops is that they have limited showroom space or they don’t have an online catalog for shoppers to see. Hope there’s an online guide, a website, directory or of that sort (like www.acnetreatments.com) so that shoppers like us can easily just browse their products on the web then if it’s something that we find interesting, that’s when we’d go to the store and see it first hand.
Speaking of sofas, I wonder how much this sophisticated Louis Vuitton sofa costs.

While searching for a tatoo removal kit that a friend asked me to do, I stumbled upon this cool urban hanging gardens in my reader feeds. I talked about wishing for a small veggie plot in my last post and I think this will satisfy my yearning for such. These miniature gardens are actually designed for apartment owners who can’t enjoy growing various decorative plants or vegetables because of outside space limitations. It has three polyester “pots” and inside are film bags with waterproof PVC, clay marbles and a Kafkaesque ingenious drainage. Another great thing about this is that it’s movable so they can be placed anywhere in the house and makes a great accent to the interiors, too.
Here’s another cool idea which literally lives up to its “Urban Hanging Gardens” term.

If there’s one frustration that I have here with Little Mansion, it’s not having a little backyard that I can make or convert into a vegetable garden. I’m envious of the two houses that are by the compound’s gate’s entrance because they have a small yard where they can grow Malunggay and other veggies. As much as possible I want to include veggie meals in our weekly menu. I want to feed them healthy foods so we don’t have to resort to using adipex p when our bodies balloon unproportionally because of fatty foods. But since we just go to the wet market once a week, we can only buy enough veggies that won’t wilt easily and can last for a number of days in the fridge. We’re thankful though that neighbor A has always been kind and offered that we can just get Malunggay from their yard anytime.

I easily get paranoid when it comes to family security. I mean, I have this habit of checking the screen doors, the main door and the back door every now and then. Even though our neighborhood is gated and manned by guards 24/7, I really see to it that we’re always locked up especially if the husband’s away and it’s just the little one, Yayie and me are left. It doesn’t hurt if we exercise extreme precaution all the time especially if it involves our family. In the same way we safeguard our health, we do not just take medicines or use products without making sure that it’s 100% safe. Like for those who are using skin products, check out www.accutanereviews.com first and see if it’s involved with the accutane controversy.
Speaking of home security, check out the these tips I read from ezinearticles when designing security measures:
1. Keep your yard well lit
2. Cancel deliveries when out of town
3. Keep windows and doors locked
4. Don’t leave keys outside the house
5. Install a safety spy hole or "peep hole" at your front door

So Bath and Body Works has come up again with this offering on their 3-Wick 14.5 oz Candles. This is regularly priced at $19.50 so a 2 for $20 is certainly a steal! I think I got mine with the same promo price last Thanksgiving. However, I was only able to get their old scents: Eucalyptus Mint, Lavender Chamomile, Seaside Escape and Fresh Lemon. I can’t pinpoint which among the four is my favorite because they all please my sense of smell very well. They are all very soothing and it gives me tranquility while I peruse diet pill reviews on the web. Lots of new scents were recently made available: Island Colada, Passion Flower and Tropical Spice are just among them.
