We don’t have one nor sees the need to have one in the near future. It is because we don’t keep bundles of cash at home or we have that much precious jewelries in possession to keep inside a vault. We also do not have a gold bullion that must be secretly kept well. We have plans though to engage in precious metal investment in the future. We were surprised when the foreman advised us before that they allotted a space for a vault in our closet. Well, we just let it be. Who know we have to have a vault come by the time our investment plans pursue. I have yet once again read from the US Gold Bureau that the gold market is flourishing as it’s expected to become.

We have monthly amortizations, credit card bills, utility bills and some other debts to pay off. But instead of worrying too much on how we’d be able to settle all these, the husband and I are thinking of feasible ways on how to diversify further our financial portfolio. We’ve acknowledged the fact that those expenses are inevitable and will always be part of our lives just like everybody else. So the best way to cope up with these is to strategize on how to expand one’s riches and assets. One smart way is by investing in precious metals like gold, silver and platinum. I’m learning further about this through the vast resource of information from United States Gold Bureau. There are many steps and strategies involved and I believe, it’s indeed one promising investment.

With the advent of the internet, online selling has proven to be one of the greatest ways to start up a business and make huge profits. Many business people have ventured into this type of business because it has so many advantages and perks, specifically, the lesser costs it entails and because of its worldwide reach. There are so many things that one needs to keep in mind when retailing any type of products online. Competition is very fierce nowadays in the online biz community. In order to stay on top among the rest, it is important to keep the selling prices low to attract more customers. To help you do this there are Wholesale products available for purchase from Wholesale Distributors and closeout retailers such as Kwality Closeouts. As the name connotes, the company has a huge selection of quality closeout products at unimaginably low prices either sold or in bulk (cases). Their catalog features thousands of products ranging from unique and collectible items to very mundane things.
As a homemaker, there’s no other category you’d expect me to browse right away than the Home and Garden category. By the way, it’s interesting also to note that Closeout products sold at Kwality Closeouts are not limited to business people. These can also be purchased by anyone, any penny-pinching consumer who is seeking sales and great discounts.

While taking a break from work yesterday, I decided to surf the web and look for home-based investment opportunities that I can try. My freelance writing work, as you know, is very seasonal so I need additional means to somehow secure our incoming monthly cash flow. My search led me to US Gold Bureau and I learned from there how precious metals such as gold coins can be so promising and profitable. I’ve read how the experts have become rich because of this type of investment. But of course, I’m not hoping that it will be an instant hit. I have so much to learn and explore first about gold, silver and platinum metals and all the ins and outs of this business. Nevertheless, it sounds exciting and I’m really looking forward to try it.

When I was still working for an American call center company two years ago, I could fathom how technology greatly evolved every time our group collaborates with our Purchasing staff counterparts from India, South Africa, Singapore, Canada and Ohio, US. Through Web conferencing, Video and Audio conferencing, we were able to communicate and even see each other in real time as if they’re inside the board room with us. We also experienced attending seminars conducted by our American trainors through a Video conference solutions. As this technology comes in cheaper costs as compared to traveling abroad, the company’s savings were evident on this aspect.
The Conference Group is one of the conference support providers that I have come across with while researching further about the wonders of this technology. It’s interesting to note that their services are extended not only to businesses but also available for personal use. So let’s say you have a family member working abroad, consider chat messenger platforms just a thing of the past as you can communicate with your loved ones through a more engaging technology. The Conference Group is known for their inexpensive yet highly professional support so do check out further their plans and latest deals.

Have you ever been in the middle of an important company meeting, reached out to thank your client, and suddenly realized that you don’t have a business card? When you are out there talking about your company and promoting your brand, it can be very embarrassing to be caught without business cards. Save yourself the awkwardness of being ill prepared by having a business card on you at all times.
When it comes to business cards, don’t settle for the plain old and boring. Today, there are many options for beautiful, funky, and extraordinary business cards. Take some time to get your brand on your business cards to effectively portray your company message. Never underestimate the power of a good message on or off your business card.
You’ll also want to make sure the printing on your business cards is done right. Proofread, spell check, and use high quality printers. There’s nothing more damaging to your business than spelling mistakes or errors. A simple proofread should save you the trouble of re-doing hundreds of business cards. Especially check to make sure your name, address, phone number, and email are correct. After all, you want clients to be able to get a hold of you!
It’s also important to use a high quality printer. If the ink or printing on your business cards doesn’t read well or is faint, it could have a poor impression on you and your company. Do your homework and choose a company that uses good printers and has a reputation for producing quality business cards. Some may even guarantee their work, so if you’re not satisfied with the end product, you can get your money back.
Business cards never go out of style. Make sure you are prepared for any occasion by keeping some business cards with you at all times. You never know when you’ll meet your next all-important client.

My friend has ventured into a new business. She had put up her own retail shop of mineral make ups. She usually buys and sources products from the US, ships to the country and resells it in her online shop over at Multiply.com. It’s just recently that she opened her business and now she’s as busy as ever endlessly talking with her contacts in the US to order some more stocks. She says that her make ups sell so fast that some even are willing to pre-order and wait for a number of weeks just to have their buys. The secret she says is that her products are really amazing. I must say that she makes a good salesman, too. Her PR skills plus her expertise about cosmetology are her advantages. Well she didn’t attend a cosmetology school in Texas for nothing. It’s her passion. I won’t be surprised if she’ll expand her business soon and tap salon services next.

I’m not sure if I have mentioned here already that apart from my regular blogging biz, I have signed up with Odesk and that’s where I’m getting my extra tasks lately. I’ve actually long signed up but it’s only now that I got the chance to maximize this job source. It’s kinda overwhelming at first especially in finding Buyers to contract your services since the competition among fellow Providers is stiff but with a nicely written online resume, impressive portfolio and satisfying Odesk test results, one will surely get noticed and be hired. I have finished two projects already and a couple in progress. Then there’s this Virtual Assistant post that I’ll assume come third week of May. I’m kinda excited with that as it’s my first VA role. The Buyer has listed down already the tasks I’ll expect to handle and it’s pretty manageable and fun like researching on the web for rv repair US providers. It sounds easy since there’s Mr. Google to help me with the hunt. As the husband puts it, Mr. Google knows it all.

And just like that, April’s gone and it’s May already. Whew! I actually didn’t notice the month passing by. It is because I’ve been extremely busy with a lot of things mostly with work. I’ve never been this overwhelmed and grateful as work has been tremendously generous last month. Because of that, our savings account couldn’t be much happier with the hefty extra earnings I got. Since we’ve earned enough, I’m thinking to buy silver bullion and try asset investment. I’ll do a comparative study first between gold and silver but regardless, I know that it will be a long term profitable business. Gold never devalue and it’s not affected by the foreign exchange trending. So yes, I’ve been busy..busy getting rich. LOL.

Everyone of us has his own low times. Whether we’re part of the workforce or not, like in my case, a homemaker, morale is an important thing that must be highly regarded in any group or team. This is more significant though in the the workplace where employees are motivated to achieve the organization’s goal and succeed as a group. When I was still working, I remember that our office would hold teambuilding activities, holiday parties, workshops, brown bag meetings, and other forms of morale uplifting initiatives like dress down Fridays, incentives and bonuses. In a more formal note, a pep talk where a motivational speaker is invited proves to be an effective morale booster, too.
A motivational speaker’s role is critical. Not only do they educate their audience but they reach the listener’s core and establish a connection. It’s their goal to get down and awaken their listeners to start creating action. They influence one’s thoughts and emotions. They tap their minds so they’ll get reminded of their very purpose in the company. Like for example in the field of sales, a motivational speaker sets clear messages so the salesperson become more productive and effective in the workplace.
It is in this regard that companies shouldn’t hire mediocre speakers. They need to employ someone who’s proven effective, inspiring and with a good track record…someone from Sharon Knecht International to be exact. An exceptional business motivational speaker, Sharon Knecht has a proven track in making listeners to stay positive and optimistic through the company’s sales records after every engagements. She offers her services in the field of Sales Training, Keynote Address, and Motivational Speaking. She has this certain charm and humor that stands her out from the rest. She’s not one stiff and boring speaker but rather, funny, spontaneous, animated yet influential and direct. She’s a mom so that’s where her gentle nature springs from.
organization or team.
