It’s really unfortunate that my son has acquired asthma last year. It came to us as a surprise because no one in the immediate family has asthma nor any respiratory problems. In my son’s case, as explained by the doctor, it is acquired from his surroundings and because he has extra sensitive lungs, he can not tolerate the allergens commonly present in the air like dust and pollen. The doctor reminded us to as much as possible keep him away from all these allergens that can trigger colds, cough and eventually, asthma. Sadly, among these allergens are pets. It’s not really the pets per se but their pet danders that can be a great cause of allergies. We can not let him get near or more so, have a pet dog or cat in the house. My son has a great fondness with animals so I feel bad for him that he can not appreciate these animals up close. It would have been great having a pet dog that he can play with. I can just imagine, I could have also been shopping premium Dog toys or even Large dog beds to spoil our pet from Premium Pet Supplies 4 U, a premium pet shop for every pet needs like dog clothes, Toys for cats and many more. The site is brimming with lots of quality, affordable supplies for every pet. Watching my son having a pet playmate would have really been nice. But then again, my family’s health is my most concern.

Colds and cough are very rampant nowadays. Not only it can be attributed to the change of weather and pollution, but these ailments are commonly caused by the allergens creeping right at our homes. So cleaning and sanitizing our homes would be the best way to avoid our family contracting these illnesses.
1. Ventilate home regularly.
2. Wash household bedding, curtains, draperies and clean carpets regularly.
3. Change the air con filter on a regular basis.
4. Kids’ toys must be regularly washed and the toy room’s surface thoroughly cleaned at all times.

The house my cousin purchased was fifty years old, the major structures of the house is still sound the only area that they are concerned about is the dated bathroom and family room in the basement. Since they were a handy couple they decided to remodel their bathroom with new tiles, tub and fixtures. Upon the bath demolition they found that the insulation inside did not have proper vapor protection and lots of molds had grown underneath the surface of the walls. No wonder Felicity has been suffering from severe migraines ever since they moved in. Black molds especially with it’s fast microbial growth causes respiratory ailments, migraine headaches and other potential serious illnesses such as Fibromyalgia, Chronic Fatigue Syndrome, ALS (Lou Gehrig’s disease) that’s why it need to be eliminated and controlled as soon as they are discovered. They were able to purchase a mold and mildew removal kit from Citrisafe and followed the instruction sheets they offered on their website, before they were able to put up the new bathroom walls. Removing the molds is also like getting a migraine treatment for my cousin. They also got some test kits, mold solution cleaning concentrate, and other environmental bio-balancing products to keep their home mildew free and make sure new growth of molds is controlled and prevented in their household.

Just a few months ago, we used to have five-gallon bottled purified water delivery for drinking and cooking. This is because water supplied by the city’s water department is so unreliable when it comes to cleanliness and safety. Water delivery can be costly not to mention increases the problem of carbon foot print from delivery trucks. This is why husband and I finally thought of investing on a home Water filters system from Big Berkey. Their Water purifiers, which come in different capacities, filters out impurities both from treated city waters and untreated water or water with substandard quality. Their systems have built in self-sterilizing and re-cleanable purification elements that remove some chemicals and bacteria as well reduce the presence or nitrates, sediments and unhealthy minerals such as mercury or lead. The initial investment for an easy and fast to assemble Berkey Light w/o LED is just a touch over $200. Pricey but the filters have a life expectancy of 6,000 gallons for a set of two which is what’s on this system. That’s about 3 cents per gallon plus cost of water in comparison to about $1.50-$2.00 per gallon in your local grocery. Overtime, your investment not only will provide you will safe and clean drinking and cooking water but also save you hundreds of dollars.

As life is getting more challenging financial wise, we can’t afford to get sick any time. We have so much important things in our life to spend on like food, mortgage, kids’ education, insurance and most of the time, we hardly can allot a portion of our budget to any other thing. That is why I can’t agree more with the vitamin commercial’s slogan “In these hard times, it is forbidden to get sick”. However, we can not really control our antibodies and unfortunately, we do get sick. The Health Department tries to address this problem by putting up generic pharmacies offering cheaper medicines and also, some netrepreneurs contribute to this undertaking by venturing on online pharmacies. However, while these should make our lives easier, some selfish souls make it otherwise. Surprisingly and sadly, a lot of online pharmacy scammers exist. Common complaints are missing packages and did not arrive at all, double charging on credit card, low quality and unusable medicines. The good news is that we can actually prevent ourselves getting victimized by these scammers. One effective way to do so is by perusing very well trustworthy Pharmacy Reviews at pharmacy-reviews.net. In that site is a listing of top reviewed pharmacies so before doing a transaction in any of these online establishments, you’ll get a preview how their customer service, products and reputation are like. That way, you know that you’re getting your money’s worth and is protected against scammers.

Summer may be over here but in the US, it’s just about to start. So for those who are all set to get sun kissed, make sure to have your skin and eyes protected.
1.) Don’t go out without a pair of sunglasses. As much as possible go for a wraparound pair with a 99.5% UV blocked label. It is a good standard for UV protection. Wraparound sunglasses prevent UV from hitting your eyes from the side of your face.
2.) Drink more than eight glasses of water daily to keep hydrated. Drink when you feel thirsty and to keep your skin dewy.
3.) Apply on skin sunscreen with at least SPF30 when staying outdoors. When indoors, SPF15 is just fine.
4.) Moisturize. During summer, it is a fact that skin tends to get oilier because of the warm climate, thus, it makes everyone pimples and acne prone. To save yourself from perusing acne treatment reviews, prevent these facial blemishes and make the skin healthier by moisturizing. A gel-based moisturizer, in this instance, is more effective.

True to what they say, motherhood is a life changing experience. In my case, I am made more doting, affectionate, caring knowing that somebody is entirely dependent on me. I became more responsible and although I’m still far from being a perfect Mom, I’m positive that I changed for the better.
Motherhood is not one easy task and although I struggle each day especially when it comes to parenting my toddler, I strive to give nothing but the best for him. During meal times, I see to it that he eats well and I put in my mind Health Facts so that I can nourish him well. Sad to say, I’m now experiencing the tricky world of picky eating in toddlerhood. While I didn’t have problems with him before feeding him anything, he has now become so choosy with the food that he eats. He doesn’t want to eat meat specifically those viands that are made adobo style. Anyhow, I just hope that the food supplement that his Pediatrician prescribed him will do wonders. I know that this is just a phase and a challenge that we’ll get through.
Albeit tough, I love to bits this role that was given to me.

It was in 2004 during a pre-employment medical exam when I discovered that I have dextroscoliosis. I saw the bad angled curvature of my spine on the X-ray film sheet but thankfully the doctor said that I’m still fit to work. No need to undergo any therapy that time and all I need to do is just exercise regularly. Because of that discovery, I didn’t wonder anymore how come my back easily get strained. It was also a reminder for me to sit and walk with the proper body posture. However, I got too lax when the doctor said it’s not serious and didn’t exercise. I haven’t seen by the doctor and I’m clueless how my scoliosis has become over the years. I’m targeting to subject myself for a checkup soon and hopefully, avail the chiropractic services from a clinic that my scoliotic sister’s referring. However, the clinic is too far from where I am so I’ll just check online a certain chiropractic directory and hopefully I can find there a chiropractor that’s just nearby. I’m crossing my fingers crossed. Hope my scoliosis didn’t get serious despite disobeying the doctor’s order to exercise regularly.

There are so many choices to be made when it comes down to taking good care of your pet. You want what is best for them so you can enjoy many wonderful happy years with them. When you want to make the best decisions when it comes to their health you take them to the veterinarian to make sure they have the best care.
When purchasing petmeds, you always need to know if the medication is right for your animal, as well as save yourself a smart amount of money. There is nothing like being able to give your pet the best care, but also at a reasonable price. Shopping online is a good way to save because you can find a lot of discount that you may not find available in stores.
Let’s say that your animal needs to lose a little bit of weight. You have tried everything to change its dietary habits, but there is still no significant change. What should you do? You quickly rush them to the veterinarian and see if there are any other possible alternatives that can be made to ensure that they become fitter and live longer, more productive lives.
When they give you the best option for your pet, you sigh in relief, because even though you know that you have tried everything possible in your power to treat them at home, it was for the best thing that you decided to seek out professional help for them. Many times your pet can be taking care of without going to the vet, but when in doubt just take them in. It will be the best choice that you could ever make, and you pet will surely thank you for it.

Just like most of the girls, Aunt Flo’s visit leaves me appalling traces of huge zits and pimples all over my face. In fact, my face has also been an indicator of the impending visit because unusual sizes of pimples sprawl on my cheeks and more commonly on my forehead. Sometimes, it’s prompting me to look for the best blackhead treatment only to realize later that I don’t need to actually. These are brought about by hormonal changes so I just leave it as it is and just cleanse with my usual facial cleaning regimen of water and anti-bacterial soap. How about you, how do you deal with traces of Aunt Flo’s visit.
